1. Substrate material selection

Tempered glass substrate with a transmittance of over 90% is selected, and a nano-level ITO conductive layer is plated on the surface. The resistance value is controlled to ≤10Ω/sq through the magnetron sputtering process to ensure uniform current distribution. After 12 cleaning processes, the substrate enters the vacuum dust-free production line.

2. Precision graphic process

The patented laser etching technology is used to deposit red, green and blue organic light-emitting materials layer by layer in a vacuum environment. The error is controlled within ±1μm, and each 55-inch screen needs to complete more than 8 million precise positioning. Multi-layer composite film is used in the packaging stage, and the water and oxygen permeability is blocked by 99.99%.

3. Drive system integration
